5 unknown features of aadhar card that every Indian should know

Aadhar is considered to be a unique identification number of the Indian government which is provided by the government of India for the people of the country. This is making a perfect identification to wipe out corruption and create an anti -terrorism action in the country. But there are certain features which makes it unique for every individual. For that reason, this varies from person to person and is quite vital.  For that we need to know and understand the features which are like;-
  1. Uniqueness

This is achieved with the process of demographic and biometric re- duplication. The re- duplication process compares the complete resident’s demographic and biometric information which is collected during the process of enrollment. This is collected with the records in the UIDAI database to verify if the resident is already in the database or not. An individual needs to enroll for the aadhar only once and after the de- duplication only one aadhar shall be generated. In this case, the resident enrolls more than once the subsequent enrollment will be rejected.
  1. Portability

Aadhar can be one of the authentic anywhere online which gives nationwide portability. This is one of the important features because every month most of the Indians migrate from one state to another. This happens often from the rural to urban civilization. For that reason, portability is going to help them to use the aadhar card across the complete nation.
  1. Aadhar numbers are generated randomly

These Aadhar numbers are considered to be generated randomly and every single aadhar number is considered Unique. For a person willing to enroll need to provide with minimal demographical evidence along with biometric information like those of finger prints, ID proof and many more during the enrollment process.
  1. All in one ID proof

Aadhar is considered to be all in one ID proof which contains almost every detail of Indian citizens like that of a name, address, gender, mobile number and biometric.
  1. Scalable technology architecture

This contains the UID architecture which is open and scalable. This contains resident’s data which is stored centrally within the UIDAI and is authenticated online. The authentication can be done from anywhere across the country. The service relating to authentication is built to handle around 100 million authentications anywhere in the day.

Open source communication with aadhar technology

This is an advanced technology of aadhar which is called the open source architecture that precludes dependence on specific computer hardware, specific storage, specific OS, database, and vendor or any kind of specified vendor technology which is necessary to scale. These applications are built on using open source or an open technology and structure to address scalability in a vendor- neutral manner. This is going to permit with the coexistence of heterogeneous hardware within the same application.
Above all the aadhar card is designed to empower poor and underprivileged residents in accessing services like that of a formal banking system and provide them with an opportunity to easily avail various services that are provided by the government and private sources.
